High Level Toon Tuesday: Vorrk the Orc Blademaster (Warcraft)

This will be my first character post that does not start as a fresh level one toon, rather a prestige class with a total level count of 10! Originally, I was just going to write up an Orc Barbarian or Shaman, but something about “Blademaster” just had a nice ring to it. “Vorrk the Orc”, heh. Would the Two-handed Weapon Mastery Blademaster skill and Exotic Weapons Proficiency: Thorium feat stack (with Vorrk, that would add a 4x STR MOD bonus to damage, 2x from Two-handed Weapon Mastery and 2x from Exotic Weapons Proficiency: Thorium)? Due to the unpopularity of Warcraft RPG, I am sadly without answer. So I’d leave it up to the DM (I would personally allow it, especially with a Prestige class.)

Game: White Wolf Publishing’s Warcraft RPG
Books Needed: World of Warcraft RPG Core Book (First Edition), and Dungeons and Dragons Player’s Handbook (3.5 Edition).
Recommended Setting: Either in a campaign with a starting level of 10 or as an NPC (or optional villian if used in an Alliance campaign.) Best suited to Horde based campaigns, perhaps with a wartime, fighting arena, bounty hunter, or other similar campaign theme. Can function in all but the most extreme climates.

Toon Tuesday: Wid the Iktektumik Hunter-Gatherer (Rifts)

I was always interested in the Diggers, but I’ve never made one until now. Their culture and lifestyle is similar to that of the Native American people, and thus they are similar to the Mastodonoid race (who are like the Inuit tribes), which I have enjoyed playing in the past. I do my best to avoid cultural stereotypes and appropriation, so let me know if anything is off!

Game: Palladium Books’ Rifts RPG
Books Needed: Rifts Ultimate Edition, and Rifts World Book 30: D-Bees of North America.
Recommended Setting: Best suited to New West, Mexico, or other hot, desert regions. Ill-suited for high tech campaigns, better made for a wandering adventure that likens to his nomadic or Native tribal culture, or one that involves lots of tunnels and climbing.

Toon Tuesday: Brightbottle the Dwarf Paladin (Pathfinder)

Yep, I like my lady Dwarves with facial hair (and I don’t mean partial mutton chops with the rest fair and bare, either!) We could argue all day long, but honestly, I’ve always allied myself with the notion that most dwarves resemble each other, the main difference being skin/hair colours between clans and reproductive organs. I don’t feel that gender is any real distinction amongst them and like to believe most couldn’t easily tell the difference anyway.) Also, short of only a few inches difference, Pathfinder describes both genders as “taking pride in the length of their hair” with no specifications on female facial hair presence. Also, I love the “Home, Family, Motherhood” type Gods. They need more love and representation, so I tried to explore a bit of that here.

Game: Pathfinder by Paizo.
Books Needed: Pathfinder Role Playing Game Core Book First Edition, and D20PFSRD (Dwarf and Paladin pages primarily.)
Recommended Setting: Mountainous or cold climate, Dwarven relations, child oriented, or high glory campaigns. Suited to any level one adventuring party, will not ally with evil alignments.
